Any plastic liquid holders (bladders, bottles etc) can taste “plastic” on first use. Our bladders are BPA and BPS free and 100% secure and the “plastic” taste isn’t harmful

To remove the taste, you wish to have to thoroughly clean the bladder before 1st use. Fill it with warm soapy water mixed with a tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda and lemon juice and leave to soak for a minimum 30-60 minutes. Then rinse, rinse and rinse again and you are then good to go

If you search online, then this is a very common theme with plastic water holders but simple to get to the bottom of and certainly not harmful in any way
