The Sawyer Filter Mini is a ultra-light and compact water filter for camping, outdoors, hiking. It’s so small that it fits right in the palm of your hand, making it much smaller and is lighter than a number of the conventional water filters in the marketplace.

Sawyer Mini filter functions purely physically, without using chemical products. The hollow fibres of the Sawyer filter membrane have a diameter of only 0.1 micron and is guaranteed to filter 99.9999% of all bacteria and Protozoa in the water. The Sawyer Mini filter doesn’t need replacing, and the filtered water tastes like still bottled water and not like chemicals. Simply fill up the bag in the lake, stream or river, and screw the filter directly on the bag, and then press. The filtered water runs directly into the water bottle. You’ll also connect the filter to a plastic bottle and from there drink the filtered water from the teat. Then again You’ll also drink through the filter or with the straw directly from a lake, stream and more.

For cleaning of the filter, the manufacturer includes a syringe, which is used to make water go with the flow in the wrong way, which then cleans the filter again.
